Wil jij als zorgkundige meebouwen aan een warme thuis in ons woonzorgcentrum terwijl je tegelijkertijd geniet van de flexibiliteit en variatie die onze mobiele equipe biedt? Dan is deze job vast iets voor jou!

Als zorgkundige in de mobiele equipe spring je bij in onze teams waar dat nodig is. Je biedt er warme en kwaliteitsvolle zorg op maat van onze bewoners. Je helpt bij dagelijkse activiteiten zoals persoonlijke verzorging, daginvulling en -besteding, sociale interacties, inname van medicatie, maaltijden, toiletbezoek, verplaatsingen ...

Je collega's zien je graag komen, want jij bent de persoon die hulp biedt wanneer iemand afwezig is of extra ondersteuning biedt tijdens drukke periodes. Je wordt flexibel over de verschillende afdelingen heen ingezet, maar werkt wel volgens een vast uurrooster en niet tijdens het weekend.

Kennis en vaardigheden:

Je hebt een visumnummer als zorgkundige.

Je beschikt over een basis aan digitale vaardigheden en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software.

Persoonlijkheid:

Als zorgkundige rekenen er heel wat bewoners en collega's op jouw kunnen. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een dienstbare en flexibele collega met een probleemoplossend vermogen en lerende houding. Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook in team functioneer je als de beste. Daarnaast vinden we het als christelijk geïnspireerde voorziening belangrijk dat je openstaat voor zingeving.
